CLASSES BEGIN: September 21 through September 26, 2011.
CLASSES END: November 16 through November 19, 2011.
COURSES MEET ONCE A WEEK FOR EIGHTS SESSIONS unless noted.
SCHOOL CLOSED: September 29, October 7-10. (Vacation/holiday breaks).
Late registration possible through October 15.
Eight--week Winter Program begins after Thanksgiving holidays...late November/early December.
DISCOUNTS: Students who enroll in two eight-week workshops save $25.
Students who enroll in three or more workshops may take a $50 discount. (Our Multiple Course Discounts).
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing, signed by a parent or guardian, and arrive two weeks prior to start of term for deposit or tuition refund (less non-refundable application fee). No refunds or credit given with less than two weeks notice or after classes have begun for any reason. This policy is firm and necessary to retain our small class composition.
MAKE UP POLICY:
We regret that due to our limited enrollment no credit is given for classes missed. Occasional makeup’s or audits may be possible on alternate class days or in the upcoming semester with the advance permission of the ACTeen Director.
REGISTRATION:
Call 212-391-5915 for a personal interview appointment. (In rare instances a telephone interview may be arranged.) Alumni students do not have to re-interview, but please call to discuss your plans.
Upon acceptance, students must complete the registration form and return it with a tuition deposit of $200 per workshop, plus a $25 non-refundable application fee, all made payable to ACTeen.
It is best to register early as classes fill in the order of deposits received. List second choice of section or course whereever possible.
TUITION BALANCE IS DUE ON OR BEFORE first day of class**. (Please note: a late fee of $50 per course will be charged for late balance of payment. Students with outstanding balances after the deadline will be suspended until balance is received).
We have a $20 fee for returned checks, which must be cleared by cash, or money order immediately.

Please Note: Application fee must accompany deposit fees ($200 per wkshp). A late fee charge of $50 per workshop will be charged for balances not received by deadline. There is a $20 charge for returned checks. Replacement must be by cash or money order.
